Caterpillar

There was a caterpillar
with many, many legs.
He wanted to have dinner,
he didn't eat all day.
He invited little children
to go inside his mouth.
He trapped and swallowed them.
The little ones struggled,
They wriggled and they crawled.
Soon they came out smiling.
Oh, what fun they had
going in and
going out.




La oruga

Había una oruga
con muchos, muchos pies.
Tenía mucha hambre
no había comido en todo el día.
Invitó a niños pequeños
a que entraran a su boca.
Los atrapó, los tragó.
Los pequeños lucharon
serpentearon y arrastraron
y salieron sonrientes,
